2 Working Days Advance Notice for Booking Dial a Lift Service


We kindly wish to remind our members that it is important to give us a minimum of 2 working days advance notice when booking a trip.  To improve scheduling, improve timings and enable more members to travel comfortably, especially as we continue to navigate our way through ongoing COVID restrictions and mitigations, Fermanagh Community Transport Ltd shall be renewing its implementation of the minimum 2 working day advance booking policy.  This will take effect from Monday 7th March 2022.


What does this look like?

  • Ring by 4pm on a Monday for a Thursday booking

  • Ring by 4pm on a Tuesday for a Friday booking

  • Ring by 4pm on a Wednesday for a Monday booking

  • Ring by 4pm on a Thursday for a Tuesday booking

  • Ring by 4pm on a Friday for a Wednesday booking


No bookings will be taken within the minimum 2 working days notice of the requested journey date, other than for verifiable GP and hospital out-patient appointments.


Please note that the booking line will close each day at 4pm.
