The 5 Bus Service to End on the 15th February 2019

It is with much regret that Fermanagh Community Transport Ltd has taken the decision to end The 5 Bus Service.  The service will end on the 15th February 2019.  Our members are advised to make alternative arrangements for after-school travel beyond this date.  This decision has been driven by the increasing pressures on our service in terms of reduced funding from Government and in order to ensure that we meet EU Drivers Working Hours Regulations, Fermanagh Community Transport Ltd will be reducing its Dial a Lift operating times.

Change to Dial a Lift Daily Operating Times

Due to increasing pressures on our service in terms of reduced funding from Government and in order to ensure that we meet EU Drivers Working Hours Regulations, Fermanagh Community Transport Ltd will be reducing its Dial a Lift operating times.   Pick-up of members will commence from 8am at the earliest on any morning, and the latest drop-off will be 5.15pm.   FCT Ltd will not be in a position to offer pick-up or drop-off to members outside of these hours Monday through to Friday.  This change will take affect from Monday 18th February 2019.

Minimum 3 Days Advance Booking for Dial a Lift Service

In order to improve scheduling and enable more members to travel, Fermanagh Community Transport Ltd shall be implementing a new 3 day advance booking policy.  All bookings from the 18th February must be made at least three days prior to the requested journey.
